Human Resources Coordinator (2633)
Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman is seek a Human Resources Coordinator in our San Francisco office. The HR Coordinator will primarily have administrative support responsibiltes in the following HR areas: support services, compliance, administration, HRIS, and talent strategies. Tasks will include, but not be limited to the following: maintaining employee files and the HR filing system (hard and soft copies) in compliance with applicable legal requirements; tracking HR related expenses and preparing invoices and expense reports; conducting periiodic audits of files and processes to ensure accuracy; maintaining the firm's HRIS system; sorting and reviewing resumes as they arrive for open positions; assist with scheduling of interviews; prepare rejection letters; organize new orientation packet materials; assist with terminations and departures.
College degree; 1-3 years of HR generalist responsibilities working in a legal environment or services industry. Excellent computer skills and superior attention to detail.
