Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP is seeking a housekeeper in the San Francisco office who will be scheduled from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Primary responsibilities include general daily housekeeping on the 22nd and 23rd floor conference center, 8th 9th and 10th floor kitchens and copy areas; and other various locations on all floors.
Responsibilities include: set-up and clean-up of all meeting rooms, ordering and stocking kitchen and conference room supplies, maintaining clean conference rooms and kitchens, cleaning workstations and offices as needed. The housekeeper also assists with setting up rooms, moving tables and chairs, and various supplies for the conference center. Occasional weekend and evening functions may require a change of schedule. The housekeeper may also be called upon to cover the reception desk during staff vacations.
The position requires an energetic, proactive and organized individual who is able to work with minimal direction. Ability to multi-task is a must. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as they will have contact with staff, attorneys and vendors on a daily basis; must have an eye for detail since areas of responsibility should always be maintained in a manner that denotes a professional environment. Must be flexible with hours as the conference center operates from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Participate in charitable events as needed. Basic computer skills, audio visual knowledge is required.
