Client Services Assistant (2626)
Pillsbury is seeking a Client Services Assistant for the firm's San Diego office. The CSA routinely handles tasks associated with the following responsibilities: scheduling conference rooms including coordinating IT needs; placing orders for all meals ordered in the office and managing the invoicing process for meals; greeting visitors / vendors and ensuring office access control protocols are followed. The CSA is the primary contact for the property management matters, vendor services and repairs. The CSA supports client events in the office, coordinating with caterers, arranging special access requirements and providing before and after hours front desk coverage. The CSA is responsible for preparing a variety of check requests for office invoices, supporting the secretaries with such tasks as attorney time entry, expense reimbursement, preparing binders (witness and deposition).
The CSA must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar. Customer service experience is essential as the CSA interacts with internal and external clients on a variety of tasks. The position requires a high level of proficiency with MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. The successful candidate will have the ability to consistently present and maintain professional demeanor in a wide variety of situations and maintain utmost confidentially of all information. The CSA must be willing to learn additional responsibilities as the needs of the job change. Flexibility and superior client service are the hallmark skills of a successful CSA. A 4-year college degree is preferred, paralegal certification a plus.
