Client Services Assistant (2568)
The CSA is expected to ensure the smooth daily operations of the CSA main reception desk which include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional client service to clients, attorneys and staff, as well as to visiting attorneys. Ensuring that all calls are answered at the main reception desk and routed appropriately. Keeping track of all visitors, assigning offices to visiting attorneys, reserving conference rooms for meetings and associated needs for the meetings (i.e. food, technology, supplies). In addition, the CSA is responsible for maintaining the office's kitchen/pantry which includes, but not limited to, ensuring that it is fully stocked with supplies/beverages, coffee is prepared each morning and as needed, keeping the area clean and tidy throughout the day. May be asked to perform other tasks not mentioned above.
The candidate must have experience working in a professional services environment. The successful candidate must have strong administrative and interpersonal skills; ability to handle a high volume desk with extreme accuracy and attention to detail; strong proofreading and solid computer skills are essential. The successful candidate will be a positive self-starter, possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills (both written and oral), a strong work ethic and professional demeanor and attire/appearance are a must, along with an adeptness to handle difficult situations tactfully. Ability to demonstrate initiative and can successfully multi-task and prioritize to handle the workload at a very fast pace. Must be able to work well with all levels of staff, attorneys and departments and possess a "can-do"/positive attitude; a team player and have the ability to adapt to changing technologies and procedures. Overtime flexibility required. BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
